scu at the Consortium forums has posted that GCEs are now proccing from Bountiful Bags and I can now confirm it from my own experience. At the moment Inferno Rubies are too profitable to warrant making spikes to DE but I'm sure once that changes I'll be incredibly pleased over this long-time-coming fix.
Thank god. Thanks for the heads up, updating my spreadsheet with this actually pushed "Disenchant + Make Scrolls" ahead of "Transmute" despite Inferno Ruby prices being around 270g.
