In other news I was able to snag a Reins of Poseidus for 60k out of Trade today. I played around with the idea of flipping it; the going rate on my server is usually around 90k but I decided to learn it; 60k should be pretty easy to make back. I'll probably not really use it, but hey, that's the story of most of the mounts I have. It's all about the +1!

ReplyDeleteI stopped at your "farming spot" on my 85DK while grabbing some Seals and buying a couple pets. I did not kill as many as you or as long. Ran through the camp one way and then got the quest and ran back the other way. I looked afterthe first run and saw I had gotten 10 Frost Cloth. Not a tailor but maybe they Nerfed the area.
ReplyDeleteAwesome farming tip! I too am also not one to farm, but this spot definitely is worth it. In an hour I obtained 8 stacks of cloth and 11 tiny treasure chests. After opening all the chests, that brought my total up to about 12 stacks of cloth. The chests contained a total of 60 gold, and at least 40-50 assorted volatiles. This is still an awesome farming spot, and the GPH gives camping the AH a run for its money.
ReplyDeleteOne more thing to add... if you are a mage you can spellsteal the earth shield off the troggs in the fractured front. That comes in very handy!
